SUBSIDISED WALLBOX PROMOTION: TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

All of PEUGEOT’s electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicles (PEUGEOT e-208; PEUGEOT e-2008; PEUGEOT 3008 plug-in HYBRID, PEUGEOT 508 plug-in HYBRID, e-Traveller, e-Expert and e-Boxer) are supplied with a Mode 3 charging cable as standard. This allows you to charge your vehicle from a Type 2 (Mode 3) dedicated electric vehicle charging point, the recommended way to charge your vehicle on a daily basis.

Subsidy Promotion

Upon purchase of a Qualifying Vehicle, in addition to a Mode 3 charging cable, you will also receive:

• A subsidy of £410 towards the cost of a home or business premises wallbox charging unit and installation. For example, with this subsidy, a 7kW single phase PodPoint wallbox charging unit and standard installation of the unit by PodPoint would cost you £149 including VAT (subsidised by PEUGEOT and the Electrical Vehicle Homecharge Scheme / Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) administered by OZEV) (“OZEV”) subject to the terms below (“Promotion”).

A 7kW single phase PodPoint wallbox at £149 is the most suitable option for both UK households and the vehicle standard specification. If you have access to three phase power and wish to upgrade to a three phase wallbox as that is more suitable for your property or you wish to use a different charge point installer, PEUGEOT will provide a subsidy of £410 but additional costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Eligibility

The Promotion is only available to Business customers who place an order for any of PEUGEOT’s electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicles (PEUGEOT e-208; PEUGEOT e-2008; PEUGEOT 3008 plug-in HYBRID, PEUGEOT 508 plug-in HYBRID, e-Traveller, e-Expert and e-Boxer) between 6^th July and 31^st August 2021 and registered by 31^st December 2021 (“Qualifying Vehicle”).

Fleet sales are excluded. PEUGEOT reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Offer correct at time of going to press.

Criteria and Restrictions

To qualify for the wallbox subsidy offer you are required to:

• Place an order for any of PEUGEOT’s electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicles between 6^th July and 31^st August 2021, to be registered by 31^st December 2021, and subsequently take delivery of the ordered PEUGEOT electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicle; and
• Order directly with your selected PEUGEOT Retailer and pay a minimum deposit of £860 to your selected PEUGEOT Retailer when ordering any of PEUGEOT’s electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicles by 31^st August 2021; and
• Request a wallbox from a OZEV approved Installer within 4 months of the delivery date of your new PEUGEOT electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicle; and
• Qualify for OZEV’s £350 (including VAT) government grant. Full eligibility for the Electric Homecharge Scheme administered by OZEV can be found here. Full eligibility for the Electric Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) administered by OZEV can be found here.

Some of the criteria for qualification includes (without limitation) the following:

•You must be the registered keeper of the new PEUGEOT electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicle; and/or

•You must be the person or company purchasing the new PEUGEOT electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicle; and

•You must be able to provide evidence of keepership, lease, and be named as the primary user of the new PEUGEOT electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicle; and

•Installation date for the wallbox must not be more than 4 months before the date of delivery or start date of use of the PEUGEOT electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicle; and

•Wallbox supplier and installer have both been authorised by OZEV; and

•You are required to provide evidence of access to designated private off-street or workplace parking associated to the customer’s property that can be accessed at all times; and

•Qualify for an installation as defined by the OZEV approved installer (“Installer”). If you are not eligible for standard installation, you may be liable for additional installation charges.

Only one subsidised wallbox per vehicle is permitted for the Promotion with an upper limit of 40 subsidised charge points per company under the OZEV Workplace Charging Scheme.

Cancellation

If you are entitled to, and exercise your right to, cancel or withdraw from the order to purchase your PEUGEOT electric or plug-in HYBRID vehicle you will no longer be entitled to receive the subsidised wallbox. If a wallbox has already been installed, PEUGEOT (through its agents) will be entitled to remove it from your premises and your £860 Deposit will be non-refundable.

General

Your supplying Retailer will pay the £410 subsidy to you at the point of delivery of your new PEUGEOT.

It is your responsibility to ensure all required third party permissions are sought in relation to the installation of the wallbox at your address.

If you are subsequently not eligible for the government grant you will be liable for the additional costs of installing the wallbox.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, PEUGEOT may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Promotion.

PEUGEOT reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Promotion at any time.

There is no cash alternative to the Promotion and it is non-transferable. Information correct at time of going to print.

PEUGEOT reserves the right to disqualify any customer if, in its sole judgement, the customer has not complied with these terms, has tampered with the operation of the Promotion, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to PEUGEOT, OZEV, the Promotion, or any other entrant.
