Personal Contract Hire (PCH) Terms & Conditions

1. Financial Agreement
Personal Contract Hire (PCH) offers are provided by Stellantis Financial Services UK Ltd. All offers are subject to credit status, underwriting, and vehicle availability. Applicants must be aged 18 or over. A guarantee or indemnity may be required.

2. Payment Structure

• Initial Rental: An advanced rental (initial payment) is required at the start of the agreement. This is non-refundable and forms part of the total hire cost.
• Monthly Rentals: Fixed monthly payments apply for the duration of the agreed term (e.g., 24, 36, or 48 months).
• No Ownership: You will not own the vehicle at any point. There is no option to purchase the vehicle at the end of the term.

3. Mileage & Excess Charges

• Contracted Mileage: All quotes are based on a pre-agreed annual mileage (e.g., 6,000 miles per annum).
• Excess Mileage: If the total contracted mileage is exceeded at the end of the agreement, excess mileage charges will apply at a fixed rate per mile. Specific rates are detailed in your individual agreement from Stellantis Financial Services.

4. Vehicle Condition & Return

• Fair Wear and Tear: The vehicle must be returned in a condition that meets the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear guidelines.
• Damage Charges: If the vehicle is returned with damage exceeding these standards, the customer will be liable for the cost of repairs.

5. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Included: Road Fund Licence (VED) for the duration of the agreement and Peugeot Roadside Assistance (typically for the first year).
• Excluded: Fully comprehensive motor insurance is mandatory and is the responsibility of the customer. Servicing, maintenance, and MOT costs are not included unless a separate Peugeot Service Plan is purchased.

6. Termination
If you wish to end the agreement early, you will be required to pay an early termination fee, which typically represents a significant percentage of the remaining rentals.

7. Regulatory Information
Bannerman Group (including Alan Milne and Ken's Garage) acts as a credit broker and not a lender. We may receive a commission or other benefits from the lender for introducing you to them.
