    I would like to amend or cancel my order


    If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our sales team and we’ll do everything we can to help. If you would like to amend your order, we’ll be more than happy to make any adjustments.

    Once I’ve placed my order, can I amend the delivery and collection dates?


    We normally fulfil orders on the day they’re placed. So, if you require an amendment, please get in touch as soon as you can, and we’ll do everything possible to confirm delivery and collection dates that suit you best.

    Part Exchange

    Can I use my part exchange as my deposit for my car purchase?


    Absolutely, but please note: if any outstanding finance on your current vehicle exists, you’ll need to settle it before trading your car in.

    What happens if my part exchange is worth more than the car I want to purchase?


    If this is the case, we’ll happily pay you the difference after you’ve taken delivery of your new vehicle.

    Is the valuation you give me for my part exchange guaranteed?


    Assuming you’ve provided an honest assessment of your car’s condition, answered all of our questions accurately and read our terms and conditions, your part-exchange valuation will be honoured.

    Can I remove my part exchange from your order at any time?


    Yes. You can do so any time prior to collection of your new vehicle. Of course, this will necessitate an adjustment to the overall price.

    Can I part exchange two vehicles as part of my order?


    Yes, as long as you own both vehicles, or have the permission of the owner to use one or both vehicles as part of your order.
