We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Parts Manager to join our team and lead our Parts Department.

Role Overview:

As the Peugeot Franchised Parts Manager at Alan Milnes, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the Parts Department. You will ensure that our customers receive outstanding service, manage stock levels effectively, and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and internal departments. Your role is crucial in supporting the service department, maintaining parts inventory, and driving profitability through efficient parts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Parts Department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of parts to meet the needs of the workshop and retail customers.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring availability of parts while minimising excess inventory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Peugeot UK, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met for sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the Parts Team to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Handle customer enquiries, providing expert advice and ensuring swift resolution of any issues.
  • Monitor market trends and pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure seamless integration and support.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager within a franchised dealership, ideally with Peugeot.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management, and supplier relations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using parts management systems and other relevant software.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 5 days a week.

Experience: Parts Experience: 1 year minimum, Stellantis Group Experience (preferred).
