The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our CUPRA Inverness team. This isn’t just another sales role—it’s an opportunity to work in a brand-new CUPRA dealership. If you’re motivated to make money and work with one of the leaders in prestige and performance, then you're exactly who we're looking for.

In this role, you’ll captivate customers with your charisma, honesty, and attention to detail, guiding them through an unforgettable buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, both in-person and online, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of CUPRA vehicles, offering test drives and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Generate leads through creative, out-of-the-box thinking and proactive engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CUPRA models, features, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Who we’re looking for:

  • A bold, charismatic individual with a passion for cars and the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A proactive lead generator who isn’t afraid to go the extra step.
  • A valid driver’s license.

  • Schedule: 5 full days a week.

    Experience: Sales Experience: 1 year minimum, Volkswagen Group Experience (preferred).
